Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring an E‑Commerce Shipping Associate for our Jennings-based team. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, scanning, packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

No degree is required; a HS diploma is preferred. The job offers a schedule with a regular shift and a bonus potential of up to $250 per month, along with standard benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM is strongly preferred.
• Strong math and website navigation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from shelves, scan merchandise, and add to cart.
• Package and weigh items to ensure correct postage.
• Create address labels and postage stickers for shipments.
• Sort and place packages for shipping and assist with loading/unloading.
• Maintain professional relationships with team members and leadership.
