Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping operations at our Appleton, WI facility. You will weigh, package, label, and ship items using FedEx and USPS software, order packing supplies, and help meet shipping goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires reliable attendance, strong time management, and the ability to learn inventory processing and shipping procedures. Evening and weekend availability may be required as part of the set schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• Twist, lift, carry, push or pull 10–25 pounds; team lift for heavier objects.
• Reach approximately 54 inches.
• Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
• Sufficient hand and finger dexterity for detailed tasks.
• Verbal communication to exchange information.
