What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and generate leads within assigned target customers through networking and leveraging existing relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies for deploying the company's services within assigned industry verticals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create account strategies and proposals for assigned customers
- Lead the qualification process of new accounts and manage the proposal and presentation process
- Provide weekly reporting on account stages and ensure proposals and presentations are professional and compelling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain or 3PL sales
- Proven ability in logistics, operations, customer service, and project management
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and employees
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin for effective communication in business settings
