Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking a detail-oriented applicant to research and list donations for sale on online auction sites. The role requires accurate description and initial sorting of donations, plus posting into the inventory system and order processing.

You will work daily to meet listing quotas while maintaining an organized, safe workspace and upholding ACE culture and values through interactions with coworkers and donors.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThis position is responsible for researching, listing and providing accurate descriptions of donations that are selected to be sold through various online auction sites. Ensures work activities are being completed efficiently while maintaining compliance with all safety standards; insures staff is adhering to all safety expectations and requirements for the workplace with emphasis on neatness, cleanliness, and organization. This duty is performed daily.2. Research items selected to be listed to ensure listing accuracy. Using web based software to list our items on various auction sites. Expected to meet or exceed established daily quotas. This duty is performed daily.3. Performs accurate initial sort and grading of donations to be listed. Supervises and performs posting of donations into inventory system, shelving, and order processing. This duty is performed daily.4. Works with management in identifying and addressing any quality control issues. This duty is performed weekly.5. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, people served, co-workers and management. This duty is performed daily.6.
