e-COMMERCE/ PRIMARY DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)
  • Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in their roles
  • Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
  • Maintain customer order intake and assign work to team members
  • Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
  • Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the store e-Commerce manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed
  • Provide feedback on team members' performance
  • Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments
  • Manage conflicts effectively
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Salary Range: $25.65 - $25.65
