Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Medford, OR is seeking an e-Commerce Order Picker/Processor to assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup. Maintain freshness and quality, and deliver a positive customer shopping experience.

You will follow store procedures, read shelf tags, and work with the e-Commerce team to meet productivity and accuracy goals while upholding Kroger's values.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ on-line orders.
• Process orders through the POS system and substitutions when out of stock.
• Load orders into customers’ cars and ensure order accuracy.
