Job summary

Kroger Medford is seeking a team member to select and assemble customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars when they arrive for pickup.

You will provide a positive customer service experience, follow policies, and support e-Commerce operations, ensuring substitutions are communicated and orders are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags and understand pricing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills including counting and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive and fulfill orders from Order Selector, store items by temperature as needed.
• Select and assemble online orders; process payments and coupons.
• Load orders into customers' cars at pickup; communicate substitutions when needed.
• Ensure accuracy and freshness of all items; maintain staging areas and equipment.
