Job summary

MAS Defense LLC is seeking an in-person operations assistant in the Charlotte, NC area to support daily website content, inventory management, and marketplace listings.

Responsibilities include updating product content, processing purchases, and coordinating shipping while learning parts specifications and industry developments. Applicants must live within 35 miles of Charlotte and be able to commute to the office.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of AR-platform firearms, including AR-15/AR-10, and Glock pistols.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with website content updates and online marketplaces.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willingness to learn HTML and update listings.

MAS Defense — Onsite Position | Charlotte, NC Area

Pay: $45,000–$55,000 per year

Applicants must currently live within 35 miles of Charlotte, NC, and be able to reliably commute to work. This is an onsite position. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available.

Basic knowledge of AR-platform firearms and Glock pistols is required.

• Learn the specifications, compatibility, and applications of the parts we sell.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competing products, and new technologies.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as business needs require.

Required Qualifications

• Current residence within 35 miles of Charlotte, NC, with the ability to reliably commute to the workplace.
• Availability to work in person Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Basic knowledge of AR-platform firearms, including the AR-15 and AR-10, and Glock pistols. Applicants must be familiar with basic terminology, primary components, and safe handling practices.
• Computer proficiency, accurate typing, and experience using business software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage and update website content.
• Basic HTML knowledge or a willingness and ability to learn.
• Ability to handle purchasing, inventory receiving, and shipping tasks accurately.
• Ability to work with online marketplaces such as GunBroker, eBay, and Amazon.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Work Schedule
