Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is strongly preferred.
• Walmart Seller Center experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce marketplaces and product listings.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow processes and complete tasks independently.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new marketplace tools and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up until issues are resolved.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
• Upload and update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, videos, and other listing content
• Monitor listing health and identify suppressed, inactive, or problematic listings
• Open and follow up on Amazon and Walmart support cases
• Assist with product setup, variations, attributes, and category requirements
• Monitor inventory availability and listing status
• Assist with FBA shipment preparation and inventory‑related tasks
• Update pricing and product information as directed
• Help maintain Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store information
• Assist with Walmart item setup and content updates
• Download and organize marketplace reports
• Maintain product and inventory information in Excel and Google Sheets
• Identify account or listing issues and report them to the E‑Commerce Manager
• Coordinate product images and content with internal team members
• Perform other day‑to‑day Amazon, Walmart, and e‑commerce operational tasks as assigned
