Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and growth roadmap for all digital sales channels.
  • Manage day-to-day operational performance across online channels.
  • Oversee product listings and SEO optimization across platforms.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with brand accelerator for operational performance, forecasting, marketing investment, inventory management, and marketplace strategy.
  • Oversee catalog expansion, content optimization (A+, video, imagery), replenishment planning, and performance analytics.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operational performance across all online channels, including item setup, pricing, supply chain coordination, and customer experience.
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as sales performance, margin, inventory turns, ROAS, search ranking, return rate, and content quality.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management to ensure operational alignment and channel readiness.
  • Oversee product listings, imagery, SEO optimization, and brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent, accurate, and enhanced product content across all digital channels.
  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback; initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, MAP, warranty terms, and authorized reseller framework.
  • Support brand protection efforts in collaboration with legal partners and enforcement platforms.
  • Monitor and engage in removing unauthorized sellers, IP infringements, and counterfeit product listings.
  • Implement and maintain reseller authorization programs and channel governance policies.
  • Lead channel‑specific demand planning in partnership with Materials Management and Operations.
  • Collaborate on channel forecasts, replenishment recommendations, and performance scenarios.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership review.

Job description

About the Role

The E-Commerce Manager will drive online revenue growth by developing and executing ecommerce channel strategies. They will manage performance across digital marketplaces while building strong relationships with key partners. The role will oversee the digital marketplace business like Amazon.com, HomeDepot.com and Lowes.com. Acting as the central coordinator between internal teams and external partners, the channel manager ensures sustainable growth, brand consistency, operational excellence, and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Ownership & Growth Strategy
  • Own the strategy, performance, and growth roadmap for all digital sales channels, starting with Amazon (via brand accelerator) and expanding to additional marketplaces.
  • Develop revenue strategies aligned with business goals, assortment priorities, and brand positioning.
  • Identify new digital sales opportunities and lead onboarding, contract negotiations, and launch processes.
Amazon/ Brand Accelerator Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with brand accelerator for operational performance, forecasting, marketing investment, inventory management, and marketplace strategy.
  • Oversee catalog expansion, content optimization (A+, video, imagery), replenishment planning, and performance analytics.
Marketplace Operations & Optimization
  • Manage day‑to‑day operational performance across all online channels, including item setup, pricing, supply chain coordination, and customer experience.
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as sales performance, margin, inventory turns, ROAS, search ranking, return rate, and content quality.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management to ensure operational alignment and channel readiness.
Content & Brand Management
  • Oversee product listings, imagery, SEO optimization, and brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent, accurate, and enhanced product content across all digital channels.

Compliance, Governance & Marketplace Integrity
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, MAP, warranty terms, and authorized reseller framework.
  • Support brand protection efforts in collaboration with legal partners and enforcement platforms (e.g., external legal firms, market intelligence sources).
  • Monitor and engage in removing unauthorized sellers, IP infringements, and counterfeit product listings.
  • Implement and maintain reseller authorization programs and channel governance policies.
Forecasting, Planning & Reporting
  • Lead channel‑specific demand planning in partnership with Materials Management and Operations.
