Horizon Goodwill is seeking an E-Commerce Listing Associate to create online product listings for donated goods for our e-commerce auction platform. The role emphasizes item research, accurate descriptions, and correct valuations to support sales.

Responsibilities include tracking items, assisting customers via email/phone, monitoring listing software, and contributing to team training. The position requires basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Thrift, Online and/or Auction-based sales or appraisal experience required.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Create online product listings for donated goods for the e-commerce site.
• Research specialty items to ensure proper descriptions and values.
• Track items by listing number and shelving location; organize store items.
• Provide customer service via email and phone to handle inquiries.
• Monitor Shopgoodwill.com and listing software; assist in expanding listing tools.
• Aim to meet department listing production and sales goals.
• Participate in trainings and assist in training new hires as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work areas and perform other duties as assigned.
