Job summary

Hi Good Day is building an integrated e-commerce operation in Charlotte, NC, launching a Shopify-based online store linked to Lightspeed POS. The role oversees the end-to-end store build, catalog setup, and ongoing operations across online and in-store workflows.

You will manage external Shopify developers and contractors, maintain inventory sync, and ensure pricing, taxes, shipping, and promotions are correctly configured.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce operations, project management, or online retail.
• Experience with Shopify store operations, apps, or builds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with external developers/agencies (outsourced work).
• Comfortable handling large product catalogs (1,000+ SKUs; 5,000+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage the Shopify store build from planning through launch.
• Coordinate external Shopify developers, designers, and contractors.
• Create and manage project timelines, task lists, and milestones.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Track budget and manage vendor invoices.
• Oversee Lightspeed product and inventory sync with Shopify.
• Test inventory accuracy, order flow, and returns processes.
• Document workflows for store staff and internal operations.
