Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Jewelry/Data Associate to help drive e-commerce revenue. You will craft precise item descriptions, ensure accurate measurements and titles, and document defects to minimize returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ jewelry-related experience (retail, appraisals, or jewelry making).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to process images on mobile devices and familiarity with graphics editing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of common gemstones and precious metals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in problem solving and developing strategies to meet revenue and sell-through targets.
• Research data on the internet and incorporate into product item descriptions.
• Create accurate item descriptions with titles, measurements, sizes, and defect notes.
• Complete inventory tickets and transfer items to appropriate areas until sold.
• Use loupe, gem tester, and software to authenticate or determine value.
• Perform duties in alignment with core values.
