Job summary

Ferrero is hiring an E-Commerce Customer Commercial Planning Analyst for its North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ. The hybrid role supports customer forecasting, promotional planning, trade-spend tracking, and business performance reporting across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing.

You will help maintain forecast accuracy, analyze customer investments, and provide insights to support commercial decisions in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
• 1-3 years in Sales Analytics or related commercial function.
• Experience in forecasting, reporting, budgeting, or performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Volume planning and short-term forecast management for customers.
• Promotional planning and optimization within customer scope.
• Trade spend and financial management, tracking actual versus budget.
• Commercial performance analysis and scorecards for reviews.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT.
