Job summary

Tampa Bay Sports is seeking organized, detail-oriented team members to support our e-commerce operations as the official online retailer for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC. Primary focus is accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders, with opportunities to assist in various retail functions during events.

Candidates should have at least six months in customer service and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• At least six months prior experience in customer service.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation preferred.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support other retail operations when needed.
• Availability during peak seasons, game days, and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products for online orders using packing slips or pick lists.
• Pack items securely for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
• Print and apply shipping labels; prepare shipments for FedEx pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing/shipping area.
• Consolidate and organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency.
• Restock e-commerce inventory and pull new merchandise from warehouse.
• Assist with product tagging, promotional packaging, and special projects.
• Support returns and exchanges processing.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Provide support during promotions, game days, and events.
