The eCommerce Associate role focuses on end-to-end order processing and timely fulfillment. Based in Pine Bluff, AR, this position supervises by the E-Commerce Supervisor and requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year in order processing or

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in Order Processing or Packing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Pick the product from packing stations to eCommerce stations.
• Assign the product to orders through eCommerce fulfillment system.
• Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead.
• Print shipping and invoice labels.
• Erect cartons per order quantity size.
• Pack the product using proper dunnage and labels.
• Perform end of the day processing for shipping carries (USPS, international, etc.).
• Maintain pick/pack standards and company/department policies and SOPs.
