e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)



Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in their roles
  • Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
  • Maintain customer order intake and assign work to staff
  • Print and distribute order labels, including for perishables
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
  • Maintain supplies and cleanliness of work areas
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the e-Commerce manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed
  • Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews
  • Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments
  • Manage conflicts professionally
  • Act with honesty and integrity
  • Follow directions and seek help when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Salary Range: $26.81 - $26.81
