e-Commerce Department Lead (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking, or cashier roles
  • Ability to meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members on their roles
  • Act as the department lead in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
  • Assist with scheduling and workload distribution
  • Manage customer orders, including printing and distributing order labels
  • Troubleshoot equipment and maintain supplies
  • Maintain organized and clean staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed
  • Provide feedback on team performance for reviews
  • Work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments
  • Manage conflicts cooperatively and professionally
  • Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information
  • Follow instructions and seek assistance when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
