Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  3. Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
  4. Train team members in their roles.
  5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
  6. Assist with scheduling and manage work distribution.
  7. Maintain customer order intake and assign tasks to staff.
  8. Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable items.
  9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
  10. Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
  11. Report discrepancies and issues to the manager.
  12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
  13. Implement process improvements as directed.
  14. Provide feedback and participate in performance reviews.
  15. Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
  16. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  17. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
  18. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  19. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Self-directed and able to execute projects independently.

Desired:

  • Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
