Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
- Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
- Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
- Train team members in their roles.
- Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
- Assist with scheduling and manage work distribution.
- Maintain customer order intake and assign tasks to staff.
- Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable items.
- Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
- Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
- Report discrepancies and issues to the manager.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Implement process improvements as directed.
- Provide feedback and participate in performance reviews.
- Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
- Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Ability to read shelf tags.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Self-directed and able to execute projects independently.
Desired:
- Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
