Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members on all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles
  • Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
  • Maintain the intake of customer orders and assign work to team members
  • Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
  • Maintain necessary supplies and ensure organization and cleanliness of staging areas
  • Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, or temperature to the manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed by the e-Commerce team
  • Provide feedback on team members' performance and participate in reviews
  • Work effectively in a high-paced, stressful environment
  • Manage conflict in a professional, cooperative manner
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
