Job summary

Kroger in Arvada, CO is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations and to uphold Kroger's values of respect, integrity and safety.

You will coordinate order intake, assign tasks to selectors and attendants, and ensure accurate labeling and timely processing of online orders while maintaining cleanliness and compliance in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per company guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute/assign work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departments.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies to store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division/enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on team members' daily and annual performance.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Manage conflict professionally and honestly regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
