The E-Commerce Data & Insights Specialist is responsible for accelerating the performance of the market's digital & eCommerce channels and for enhancing E2E Personalization through data and insight.

The specialist supports all eCommerce business needs by analyzing data, building dashboards, monitoring AB tests for statistical significance, optimizing KPIs, and providing strategic insights to the team.

He/she has the ability to create an independent vision with analytical expertise, aiming for a data-driven future. As a professional, he/she is responsible for keeping the eCommerce team motivated and data-oriented through challenges, decision-making processes, dashboards, and metrics—supporting organizational and channel KPIs.

Must have
  • Up to 3 years experience in web analytics for eCommerce
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics & Data Studio
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, develop stories, build strategies, and make recommendations to business and technical leaders
  • Excellent skills in designing, developing, and preparing business presentations and reports for senior management
  • Strong familiarity with business and marketing metrics
