As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be a steward of the brand by deliveringbest-in-class digital experiences. The role is instrumental in maintaining and up-levelingour online storefront and supporting to drive traffic to the site, which directly impactssales and growth. A strong candidate for this role is very detail-oriented and has an eyeon the larger picture. They operate efficiently and are comfortable manipulating anddeploying large datasets across Maiden Home’s e-commerce ecosystem. This is a key,cross-functional role within the organization – uniting content and commerce to engagecustomers and drive high-converting online shopping experiences. This role is on-site at our NewYork headquarters, located in the TriBeCa design district.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes Maiden Home’s E-commerce merchandising strategy incollaboration with the E-commerce Manager, such as defining product listingpage categories, determining sort order, and assisting e-commerce contentplanning and production
  • Ensures information and content is displayed accurately to reflect the best luxurybrand and site experience to customers and trade members across the websiteand additional digital properties
  • Project Manages e-commerce operations, overseeing e-commerce data andcontent collection, organization, and publishing for all product launches and siteupdates
  • Operates as a key collaborative partner, overseeing and executingcross-functional initiatives
  • Performs regular monitoring, maintenance, and cleanup of the website tomaintain active products and collections and identify and resolve site bugs, flowissues, and UX areas of improvement by refining current QA processes andprocedures for the e-commerce team
  • Managing, monitoring and testing a handful of performance marketing platformssuch as Google, Pinterest and Meta
  • Own and oversee the programmatic email calendar for ecommerce and brandcampaigns; collaborating with relevant teams to develop compelling stories todrive revenue per send
  • Site and growth reporting and analytics; competitive analyses to bring ideas tothe team on how other luxury brands are evolving their selling online

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience at an e-commerce company
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset with the instinct to seek improvement
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and relentless follow-throug
  • Proven multitasking, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skill
  • Ability to prioritize and manage timelines. This role will require offsetting regularresponsibilities with ad-hoc and special projects
  • Works well in a dynamic team, moves with agility, and is comfortable with shiftingpriorities
  • Very comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with analytics platforms like GA4, Posthog, Northbeam is a plus
  • Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp is a plus
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Commerce Cloudis required
