Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks an Associate Category Site Merchant to support category-level site experiences across ecommerce platforms.

You will own assigned categories to help customers browse, discover, and purchase more easily. This role partners with Category Site Merchandising leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into clear, executable site updates, content, and merchandising that drive performance.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations.
• Ability to balance structured execution with light strategic thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using content management tools.
• Analytical curiosity and willingness to learn how insights drive optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category-level strategy and day-to-day site merchandising for assigned categories.
• Build and update category landing pages, modules, and cross-sell placements.
• Coordinate content, accuracy, and publishing with brand alignment.
• Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Support taxonomy, metadata updates, and internal linking with SEO partners.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, SEO, Analytics, and Tech teams.
