Qualifications

• Experience with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platform preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Add, quality-check and maintain product information on the e-commerce site.
• Support data integrity and category hierarchy across the website.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize catalog projects.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect data for listings and content.
• Perform data entry, content editing and consistency audits.
• Audit product information for accuracy and consistency.
• Update pricing, specs, images and descriptions for optimized navigation.
• Assist with product assortments, launches and web refreshes.
• Respond to internal inquiries about product details.
• Share new items with vendor contacts and participate in vendor trainings.
• Review stock listings and conduct competitive pricing analysis.
• Log activities to trackers and ensure timely updates.
