Keeper of the Grumper Foundation is seeking an E-Commerce Associate / Driver / Forklift Operator. This full-time hybrid role supports our Recycling & E-Commerce Operations, handling online listings, electronics donation pick-ups, and warehouse duties.

You will drive a box truck, operate a forklift, sort items for recycling or resale, and assist with packing, shipping, and inventory updates. A reliable, detail-oriented applicant with a valid license is needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle (training available).
• Forklift experience or certification (training available).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities

Join our nonprofit organization and help make a positive environmental and community impact! We’re seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support our e-commerce and recycling operations. This hybrid role involves managing online sales tasks and participating in hands‑on recycling duties including driving our box truck and operating a forklift to load, unload, and palletize electronics.

You’ll be responsible for picking up donated electronics, sorting materials, building pallets, preparing items for resale, and helping maintain the smooth flow of daily operations.

Recycling & Warehouse Operations:

• Pick up donated or scheduled electronics using the organization’s box truck.
• Safely operate a forklift to move, sort, and organize pallets.
• Sort electronic devices by category for recycling, resale, or donation.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for processing and shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

E-Commerce Support:

• Assist with preparing electronics for online sale (cleaning, testing, labeling, data entry).
• Photograph and list items on online platforms as assigned.
• Package and ship orders in a timely manner.
• Help track inventory and update product information.

General Duties:

• Communicate professionally with donors, partners, and team members.
• Assist in establishing and improving workflow processes.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental guidelines.
• Represent the foundation’s mission with professionalism and care.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (W-2 employee).
• Hours: 40 hours per week (7-8 hour shifts, Monday–Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM).
• Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
