Job description

Position Summary

Samsung Singapore's E-Commerce team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Commerce sales, projects, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and improve e-commerce fulfillment strategies to enhance speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead e-commerce projects, including platform integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
  3. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Extract insights from reports, generate commentaries, and create PowerPoint presentations (Korean-English).
  5. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, including management, headquarters, and local business units, to align on overall online strategies.
  6. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for e-commerce, ensuring efficient inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. Strong ability to prepare and present management reports with actionable insights.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  3. Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and project management.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  7. Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) to communicate with global and regional teams.
  8. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in preparing detailed management reports and business presentations for senior leadership.
  2. Experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  3. Knowledge of digital supply chain technologies and automation tools.
