Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support daily operations across multiple online sales channels and supplier portals. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience managing marketplace listings, orders, pricing, and inventory, who is comfortable working across multiple systems and following structured processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across multiple platforms
• Process and monitor orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Update pricing, inventory levels, and product details as needed
• Coordinate order flow between marketplaces and supplier portals
• Identify and resolve listing, order, or inventory issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Communicate effectively with internal teams as required

Strong Advantage (Nice to Have)

Candidates are not required to have experience with all platforms listed under Strong Advantage, but prior exposure to one or more is highly preferred.
