Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced e-commerce leader to guide the online business, provide technical leadership for the e-commerce team, coach members, and manage site operations and integrations with partners. You will collaborate with Marketing to drive campaigns and optimize product promotions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in B2B e-commerce and Adobe Commerce Cloud, with strong SEO and analytics skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed is required.

  • Experience with B2B e-commerce and marketplaces.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for the e-commerce team and coach members.

  • Monitor orders, payment conditions, and TOTVS system compliance.
  • Monitor site performance, APIs, and server resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns and product strategies.
  • Develop KPIs and prepare management sales reports with GA/GA data.
  • Lead onboarding of new products and ensure accurate content.

Job description

  • Provide technical leadership for the e-commerce team, coaching and developing team members to achieve established strategic objectives.
  • Assist in administering, managing, and maintaining the website, social media, and other online platforms, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience.
  • Monitor e-commerce orders, ensuring the payment conditions selected by customers comply with the TOTVS system.
  • Monitor site performance, APIs, and server resource usage.
  • Collaborate with and guide the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns and product promotion strategies on the e-commerce site and digital platforms.
  • Contribute to effective and attractive visual communication for the e-commerce channel, aligned with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Prepare management sales reports based on detailed analyses and measurement of relevant metrics, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads data.
  • Actively participate in developing and executing new projects to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Provide technical support to senior stakeholders in decision-making regarding e-commerce practices and policies.
  • Lead the application of e-commerce tools, leveraging advanced knowledge of SEO, SMO, hotsites (microsites), e-mail marketing, and platforms such as RD Station.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics—such as target audience, market trends, and campaign impact—to optimize e-commerce performance.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to monitor and measure performance.
  • Define the strategic product mix to be worked on in collaboration with business units.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and updates of the e-commerce platform and its integrations with external partners.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new products in the online store, ensuring all information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
  • Generate orders received through the Martins B2B Marketplace platform, ensuring margins comply with Agis' pricing policy.
  • Reconcile orders from the Martins B2B Marketplace.
  • Define and oversee development projects for the website and the app.
  • Monitor support hours for the website and app.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Excel
  • Experience in developing e-commerce projects
  • Experience with APIs and webhooks
  • Experience with B2B e-commerce
  • Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) platform
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and Looker Studio
  • Experience optimizing content for SEO and managing keywords
  • Experience sharing sales insights with other departments to support strategic decision-making
  • Experience providing customer support on digital platforms and online purchases
  • Experience with B2B marketplaces
