Gestamp is seeking an E-Coat Engineer/Supervisor to oversee all e-coat paint system operations, driving uptime, process quality and cost goals in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on maintenance guidance, and collaboration across maintenance and production teams to deliver safe, high-quality coatings and on-time product launches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3 years of E-Coat/engineering experience or 5 years with an Associate degree.
• 7+ years of relevant technical experience in E-Coat/engineering.
• Automotive Tier 1 or 2 manufacturing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily E-Coat system operations and ensure process consistency.
• Drive equipment and process improvements to optimize uptime and quality.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance; train maintenance and production teams.
• Troubleshoot advanced system, programming, and process issues.
• Support product launches and engineering changes.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality (IATF/TS), and ISO standards.
• Perform and document lab testing and process documentation.
