How You Will Make an Impact
The Manager of E-Coat and Industrial Water Treatment Plant is responsible for leading and overseeing operations of the E-Coat and water treatment systems across all shifts. This role includes managing personnel, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and driving system upgrades and efficiency improvements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, auditing records and processes, analyzing production performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
