Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years e-billing experience in a law firm.
• Experience with Elite (Enterprise or 3E) or Aderant accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients/matters for e-billing in collaboration with Billing Management.
• Review client guidelines and ensure proper set up of matters for compliance.
• Coordinate with attorneys, billing staff and e-billing vendors to ensure accuracy of invoices.
