WHIZZ, a leading provider of cutting-edge transportation solutions for delivery riders, is currently seeking an experienced eBike Mechanic to join our dynamic team in NY. As an eBike Mechanic at WHIZZ, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of our eBike fleet. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work at our NYC location.

Responsibilities:

1. Assemble new eBikes with precision, adhering to manufacturer guidelines
2. Maintain and repair eBikes to ensure optimal performance and safety
3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the eBike fleet
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
5. Complete express repairs for delivery riders, prioritizing timely solutions

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience as an eBike Mechanic or Bicycle Mechanic
2. Strong knowledge of eBike assembly, maintenance, and repair
3. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
5. Problem-solving abilities and good diagnostic skills
6. Availability to work full-time hours on-site in NYC
