Apogee is seeking a Communication System Operator (CSO) to train active-duty personnel for qualification as CSO, following Air Force manuals and Wing SOPs, stationed on-site at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

You will develop and execute training programs, assist in modernization, conduct data analysis, and support airborne mission planning across nuclear and non-nuclear scenarios.

Travel up to 25% may be required; a TS-SCI clearance, US citizenship, and a BS degree are required.

Qualifications

• Citizenship required and must maintain TS-SCI clearance.
• FAA Third Class or Military Class III Flight Physical, valid US Driver’s License? (as stated in requirements).
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 7+ years of E-4B Flight experience as E-4B Communication System Operator (CSO)-Instructor

Responsabilités

• Train active-duty personnel for qualification as a Communication Systems Operator in accordance with Air Force Manual 11-2E-4B and Wing SOPs.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot Secure Data Crypto Systems and various comms/navigation/surveillance systems.
• Continuously monitor data communication systems to detect issues and malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance/checks on data communication equipment to ensure readiness.
• Assist in requirements definition, funding analysis, and fielding strategy for system modernization.
• Support planning and execution of tests and evaluation, including development and training.
• Develop training concepts and strategies for new system modifications and assimilation into long-term curricula.
• Lead qualification and continuation training development tasks in the Formal Training Flight.
• Coordinate overseas mission support planning including airfield and flightline logistics as required.
• Travel up to 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations may be required.
