Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Communication System Operator (CSO) to train active-duty personnel in qualification and continuation programs at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The role integrates multiple systems, delivers instruction, and supports modernization efforts for critical mission readiness.

The CSO-Instructor will lead development of long-term training concepts, coordinate with government partners, and oversee fielding strategies to ensure readiness for nuclear and non-nuclear contingencies.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• TS-SCI clearance is required and must be maintainable.
• FAA Third Class or Military Class III Flight Physical is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years of E-4B Flight experience as E-4B Communication System Operator (CSO)-Instructor.

Responsabilités

• Train active-duty personnel for qualification as a Communication Systems Operator per Air Force manuals and wing SOPs.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Secure Data Crypto Systems, SATCOM, MILSTAR and related comms systems.
• Continuously monitor data communication systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Support system modernization efforts and assist in requirement definition and fielding strategies.
• Plan and execute overseas aircraft operations, site surveys, and coordination with government offices.
• Lead qualification and continuation training development within the Formal Training Flight.
