Job summary

Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) is seeking an E-2D Logistics Analyst / Maintenance Planner to support the NAS North Island program in San Diego, CA. This on-site role requires strong logistics analysis, maintenance planning, and data-driven decision making to optimize asset readiness.

Responsibilities include researching data sources, documenting analyses, and interfacing with the PMA 231 team to ensure reliable maintenance planning and sustainment across the lifecycle of the E-2D fleet.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of logistics and maintenance analysis experience in maintenance planning across the lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 10 years may substitute for degree
  • Experience with data mining and problem solving by following the data
  • Familiarity with LSA, LPD, MTA and other Supportability Analyses
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance planning through data research and analysis to advise customer projects relating to IPS elements
  • Prepare documentation and technical reports; collect, compile, and analyze data from databases and drawings
  • Assist customer in maintenance planning, supportability, and sustainment analyses
  • Contribute to development and documentation of Logistics Product Data, LORA, MTA, and maintenance planning tasks
  • Work on improvement of weapon system supportability and information systems

E-2D Logistics Analyst (Maintenance Planner)

ASI is seeking an E-2D Logistics Analyst / Maintenance Planner to work in San Diego, CA. This position supports the E-2D FST Maintenance Planning Team and PMA 231 program office. This position is 100% on-site with the government customer at NAS North Island.


Responsibilities :



  • Support Maintenance Planning efforts through research and analysis of source data to make recommendations to customer for projects relating to IPS elements

  • Provide technical expertise, prepare documentation and technical reports to support analyses. These activities include: Collecting, compiling, investigating, researching, and analyzing data from multiple databases and technical drawings

  • Provide assistance to customer in multiple areas of expertise related to supportability, sustainment, logistics support analysis, and maintenance planning

  • Perform various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems

  • Work on development and documentation of Logistics Product Data, LORA, Maintenance Task Analysis, Maintenance Plan development, and Supply Support effort


Required Qualifications:



  • At least 4 years of experience analyzing logistics and maintenance in the performance of maintenance planning across the full spectrum of lifecycle planning; design interface, maintenance planning, and sustainment engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

    • 10 years of experience may be substituted for degree



  • Experience with detailed research and data mining and problem-solving by \"following the data\"

  • Familiarity with Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA), Logistics Product Data (LPD), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and other Supportability Analyses

  • Experience in Maintenance Planning and logistics support/supportability analysis

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in data analytics using Microsoft suite tools

  • Proficiency in Excel using VBA/advanced formulas and Word macros

  • Experience with GEIA-STD-0007 database (preferably SLIC) working level experience and strong understanding of data table relationships and the relationship between LSA processes/products


Work Authorization/Security Clearance:



  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
