• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials for diverse learners.
• Assess student learning and use results to plan activities.
• Collaborate with special education staff for IEP accommodations.
• Coordinate with staff to set instructional goals and methods.
• Supervise teacher aides and volunteers.
• Integrate technology to support learning in the subject area.
• Participate in ARD meetings and TEKS Resource System use.
• Create a conducive classroom environment and manage behavior.
