Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Literacy Facilitator to deliver high-quality, evidence-based dyslexia services to students identified with dyslexia and related literacy needs across campuses or portfolios. The role supports foundational reading and language skills, aligned to TEA requirements, and collaborates with APSS, teachers, and MTSS teams to implement interventions with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and valid Texas teaching certification.
• Preferred ELAR/Reading Language Arts, ESL, or Bilingual certifications.
• CALT, CALP, LDT or equivalent dyslexia credential required or obtained within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dyslexia intervention services to students in small groups or one-to-one.
• Implement structured literacy practices aligned to TEA requirements.
• Progress monitor students and adjust instruction based on data.
• Collaborate with MTSS teams and multilingual support staff.
• Maintain accurate intervention documentation and logs.
