Job summary

Anova Education is seeking a dedicated educator to provide an individualized, intensive, multisensory, phonetic program for students with Dyslexia and related learning difficulties. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements or related training/license for providing Dyslexia Services.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
• Experience in student teaching, approved internship, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through ARD/504 processes.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs with accommodations per IEP/504 guidelines.
• Plan instruction reflecting learning styles and TEA guidelines.
• Modify curricula to meet dyslexia needs as required.
• Attend ARD and 504 planning meetings regularly.
• Maintain confidential and accurate reports and records.
• Communicate professionally with parents and community members.
