Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Dynatrace-focused Monitoring Engineer to lead enterprise-grade monitoring initiatives across Linux, Windows, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Qualifications

• Must have strong experience supporting Dynatrace or similar APM platforms, including Dynatrace architecture components such as OneAgent, ActiveGate and Cluster.
• Experience managing monitoring agents across Linux and Windows environments and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell or Bash for automation and integration with enterprise tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Dynatrace or similar APM platforms and monitor architecture (OneAgent, ActiveGate, Cluster).
• Manage monitoring agents across Linux and Windows; troubleshoot performance issues.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Splunk, PagerDuty; write automation scripts in Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve observability and incident response.
