Job summary

Amazon DynamoDB is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our observability and performance team. You will build instrumentation and metrics to understand latency contributions and drive performance improvements across components.

You will collaborate with diverse teams and design, implement, test, and deploy software to enhance service performance, durability, and cost. A strong focus on scalable distributed systems and customer impact is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Responsibilities
