Job description

GovCIO is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer/Development Lead to manage our FCMT Sustainment and Development Team. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of developers and testers in a supervisory role.
2. Become SME for the FCMT application, providing expertise to project managers and clients.
3. Design and code applications using Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, App Services, ASP.Net Web services, and PowerApps.
4. Guide project delivery and mentor team members.
5. Maintain high standards through best practices.
6. Assist in gathering user requirements and developing documentation.
7. Coordinate system integration and testing.
8. Communicate proactively with stakeholders.
9. Participate in code and sprint reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 development and sustainment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Leadership experience supervising developers.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Knowledge of Azure, version control, and project management tools (Jira, GitHub, etc.).
• Experience in remote work environments.
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
• Clearance: Suitability/Public Trust.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VA or Federal Agencies.
• Knowledge of VA VIP project management methodology.
• Experience with Power BI.
