Job summary

Flooring Services LTD is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics (F&O) Developer II or III to design, develop, and support Dynamics environments. The role collaborates with IT leadership and business units to deliver scalable, automated solutions, reports, and integrations across multiple sites.

The candidate will own complex development projects, mentor junior staff, and help drive enterprise-wide initiatives while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development for Developer II (F&O focus).
• 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development for Developer III (F&O focus).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics architecture and customization.
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, APIs, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Dynamics F&O solutions.
• Build and support integrations between Dynamics and third-party apps.
• Develop extensions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects and performance concerns.
• Support upgrades and ongoing optimization efforts.
