Dynamics Consultant and D365 CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead

Job Description:

The client is looking for a Dynamics Consultant & CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead, responsible for designing & developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform & Azure cloud services. 16+ years. Onsite at 4 days a week.

Complete Description:

Applicants must have strong analytical skills and business vision to add value to our program staff by driving projects and delivering solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions. They should also have experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365, planning and implementing solutions to address organizational requirements, and successfully maintaining the program staff relationship throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Skilled in Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, Portals, Azure Data Lakes/Warehouses.
2. Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes/mockups.
3. Create functional requirements and design for customizations.
4. Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks.
5. Installation, setup and configuration of Dynamics 365 and associated Apps.
6. Create technical documentation of client Dynamics 365 environments.
7. Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs.
8. Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency.
9. Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations.
10. Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to perform code reviews to ensure that the solution is aligned with pre-defined architecture/design or Microsoft recommended best practices for Power Platform.
11. Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
12. Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

6. MS Office/PowerPoint experience. Required: 3 Years
7. Develop Wireframes/mockups (using Figma or similar tools). Required: 2 Years
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to articulate complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Required: 16 Years
9. Work onsite 4 days a week. Required

Compensation: $73.00 - $81.00 per hour
