Synoptek is seeking a senior retail consultant capable of engaging US clients and occasionally stepping into an architect-like role for the client. The role requires comfort working in the EST time zone and a proactive approach to learning new Microsoft components in the retail space.

You will contribute to presales demos and showcase retail expertise to drive client value. We value 8-12 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to translate business needs into technical retail

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in retail consulting and technology services.
• Ability to work with US clients and sometimes act as an architect for the client.
• Willingness to learn and explore newer Microsoft components in retail.
• Experience in presales demos and showcasing as a retail expert.

Responsibilities

• Engage US clients as a retail consultant and adviser.
• Take on an architect-like role on behalf of the client when needed.
• Participate in presales activities and deliver retail-focused demos.
