Job summary

A growing software consultancy firm in the City of Norwich is seeking a skilled professional for a full-time role involving Software Development and Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of IT experience and strong knowledge of MS Dynamics AX and related modules. Responsibilities include leading projects, performing Fit-Gap analysis, and contributing to organizational initiatives. Only U.S. citizens and certain visa holders are encouraged to apply, as sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications.
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in minimum 3 end-to-end AX implementations.
• Able to create Functional Design Documents.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis based on business requirements.
• Experience in project lifecycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium projects and assist in pre-sales activities.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis based on business requirements.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
• Contribute to project lifecycle activities in development and maintenance.
• Assist in pre-sales activities as a SME by providing solution design inputs.

Job Description

• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 3 years’ work experience on MS Dynamics AX 2012 or AX7 or Dynamics 365
• Should have strong Functional knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain or Retail Modules in Dynamics AX
• Should have experience in minimum 3 end to end AX implementations
• Able to create Functional Design Document.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis based on business requirements.
• Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Strong in communication and team management.
• Lead medium projects.
• Assist in pre-sales activities as a SME by giving inputs in solution design
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
