Bell is seeking a multi-disciplinary engineer capable of performing analytical design support in structural dynamics, flight test analysis, and flight test coordination for the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft development, improvement, and support efforts.
The candidate will be part of the V-22 Flight Technology and Test IPT, working in a collaborative team environment to support analytical predictions in areas such as airframe vibration, rotary wing dynamics, aeroelasticity, and aeromechanical stability.
Responsibilities include coordination, analysis, and participation in data reviews from applicable requests for tests (RFT). The role serves as the primary point of contact for structural analysis and flight test coordination between Bell Fort Worth, the MV-22 Test Team in Pax River, Maryland, NAVAIR, and Boeing in Philadelphia. The position is based at Bell's headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.
