Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Solution Architect to design, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in a federal environment. This role serves as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with government requirements.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform with strong communication and leadership skills to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with at least one Dynamics 365 module (CE/CRM, F&O, or Power Platform).
• Experience with data migration and API integrations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, and customization decisions.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with government stakeholders to translate business needs into Dynamics solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom entities.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and interoperability between Dynamics 365 and other federal systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, Section 508).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Document system design, configurations, and SOPs.
