Job summary
EY is seeking a Service Delivery Center - Microsoft Dynamics Developer - Analyst in San Antonio. You will participate in deployment phases, design and configure Dynamics & Power Platform solutions, and support testing, data migration, and user adoption.
The role emphasizes adaptability, learning, and collaboration with a diverse team. You will engage in ongoing training to expand technical and soft skills, with exposure to Azure, robotics and ML initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in delivery phases of Dynamics & Power Platform solution deployments.
- Develop specifications and design documents based on client requirements.
- Create use cases and business process flows from specifications.
- Configure entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports.
- Support testing, deployment, data migration and user adoption activities.
- Mentor Associate Analysts and collaborate with senior staff.
