Job summary

Howard Hughes Communities seeks a Business Systems Functional Consultant to support D365 Finance & Operations deployment, document requirements, and validate configurations. You will help with testing, training, and user adoption, bridging business and technical teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ERP/D365, two implementations, and solid knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Bachelor’s in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP or Dynamics 365 experience.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or functional consulting initiatives, including two successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial business processes.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with D365 F&O modules relevant to this implementation (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Project Operations).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support functional implementation and configuration validation within D365 F&O.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test plans, and UAT scenarios.
• Execute system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with architects and developers to resolve defects and validate enhancements.
• Assist with end-user training and organizational change management initiatives.
